Naval History, HMAS OTAMA Crib Point, Victoria
This image was taken last year (2022) before the Sub was sold off for scrap metal. The HMAS Otama was an Oberon Class Sub Commissioned to the RAN in 1978.
It was decommissioned in Dec 2000 and was intended to become a Museum Piece/display but the cost became to great to repair restore and move and so it ws sold off as scrap metal and is no longer moored at this site.
